All earthmoving equipment is issued with a full fuel tank and must be returned as such. If the machine is returned with an empty tank, an additional charge for the fuel actually used will be added to the rental invoice, based on the price set by Traktors.lv.

We do not charge inventory rental on weekends and holidays, but all equipment is equipped with special equipment that records the activation, deactivation and working times of the equipment. All days of use of the equipment are subject to the standard daily rental rate for the specific equipment.

A deposit is required. The amount of the deposit is determined after evaluating the customer’s credit history. The deposit can be left in cash or by bank transfer (after paying the rent, the deposit is returned in cash immediately after returning the equipment, while the deposit by bank transfer is returned within 1-2 working days).

Natural persons:

When renting out for the first time, an inventory rental agreement is concluded;

The tenant must present a valid identity document;

The tenant signs the consent to a physical check of personal data in the KREDİTCONTROLES system;

Before renting the equipment – a deposit is required for possible damage to the equipment and used and unreturned fuel;

Legal entities:

The equipment rental agreement is being prepared. When evaluating the company’s credit history, an appropriate payment term is determined;

The equipment rental agreement must be signed by the director of the company or an authorized person;
